UniteForChange.org initiative host annual empowerment events called the “Urban Servant Leadership Un-Conference." This years virtual gathering will include a series of in-depth, knowledge sharing activities designed to educate, inspire and empower current and emerging leadership in under-resourced urban centers. Due to the recent death of George Floyd and the protests against inequity and injustice that followed, this years un-conference is more important than ever.

The next Urban Servant Leadership Un-Conference will take place virtually on August 15, 2020 from Indianapolis, Indiana. The UniteForChange.org initiative has as one of its goals to bring together the various community demands and agendas to better expose plan gaps and overlaps. This year's urban leadership development un-conference will bring together community leaders who understand the urban context and are committed to networking and engaging the community to cultivate positive change and the eradication of systemic racism and injustice.
